Chuck LeVinus - Founder and CEO
Chuck LeVinus started AZ DC Consulting with his partners after serving 23 years with the Phoenix Fire Department where he retired as a Fire Captain. During his firefighting career, Chuck was also Vice President of Government Affairs for the Professional Firefighters of Arizona (PFFAZ), an organization dedicated to representing the interests of more than 7,000 Arizona firefighters.
Don Jongewaard - Vice President
Don has more than 30 years of experience in public service, labor leadership, and healthcare trust management. He served as Captain Paramedic and head of Training and Professional Development with the Tempe Fire Department and has been deeply involved in firefighter advocacy through leadership roles with the Professional Firefighters of Arizona and United Phoenix Firefighters Local 493. Don also chairs the United Arizona Firefighters Healthcare Trust, overseeing benefits and policy initiatives. His expertise in organizational leadership, labor relations, and public safety policy provides valuable insights for clients navigating state and local issues


Tom Bushong - Chief of Staff
Tom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development. He founded and operated a successful facilities maintenance company, building it into a profitable business with long-term contracts across Arizona. Previously, Tom held senior leadership roles at CBRE and Business Integration Group, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, drove process improvements, and led national teams to deliver innovative client solutions. With a background in mathematics and education administration, Tom brings analytical rigor, financial oversight, and a proven record of organizational growth to his work.
Adam Myers - Director
After graduating from Indiana University in 2020, Adam began his career in the U.S. Senate as a staff member for Senator Mike Braun, focusing on the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) portfolio, where he gained extensive experience in healthcare policy. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2024 before joining a Washington, D.C. based multi-client lobbying firm. In that role, he supported legislative tracking and secured government funding through various avenues, including the appropriations process and executive branch programs. His work spanned a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, defense, artificial intelligence, and aviation.


The Honorable Matt Salmon - Founder Emeritus
Before starting AZ DC Consulting with his partners, Matt served five terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, was a member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, and served as Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere and the Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific.
Allison Feikes - Founder Emeritus
Allison is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of communicating effectively with people from different political persuasions. She has a thorough knowledge of U.S. domestic and foreign policy and has successfully passed legislation by building coalitions across the federal government and in the private sector.
